Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to an electrical socket provided with a retractable shutter designed to close off the openings of the socket in the absence of a plug corresponding to this socket. This socket (10) includes an element (11) for supporting the current-distributing cavities (12), a cassette (13) serving for mounting the shutter (14) and containing a return spring (15), and a front shell (body) (16) mounted at the front of the socket. The shutter includes three pads (26) intended to shut off the openings (29) made in this shell in order to allow passage of the two power-supply pins (31) and of a pin (33) for polarising a plug (32). It is urged in the closure position by a closure spring (15). This shutter is balanced on the spring in such a way that it opens only if the pins (31, 33) of the plug are inserted simultaneously. <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne un socle de prise de courant pourvu d'un obturateur escamotable agencé pour fermer les ouvertures de la prise en l'absence d'une fiche correspondant à cette prise. Ce socle (10) comporte un élément (11) de support des alvéoles de distribution de courant (12), une cassette (13) servant au montage de l'obturateur (14) et contenant un ressort de rappel (15), et un plastron frontal (16) monté à l'avant du socle. L'obturateur comporte trois plots (26) destinés à obturer les ouvertures (29) ménagés dans ce plastron pour permettre le passage des deux broches d'alimentation (31) en courant et d'une broche de détrompage (33) d'une fiche (32). Il est sollicité dans la position de fermeture par un ressort de rappel (15) . Cet obturateur est équilibré sur le ressort de telle manière qu'il ne s'ouvre que si les broches (31, 33) de la fiche sont introduites simultanément. <IMAGE>
