[origin: DE4340728C1] A device on powered hand tools for the rotary driving of percussive and/or drilling tools is proposed, there being at least two rotary driving grooves (23) open towards the shank end on the tool shank (11) and at least one locking hollow (25) closed towards the shank end, in which a rotary driver (24) and a radially displaceable locking body (19) of the tool holder engage in each case. To strengthen the rotary driver, provision is made for the locking hollows (25) in the tool shank (11) to be deeper in the front area than in the rear area so that, in the working position of the tool (12), the locking body (19), allocated to it, of the tool holder (16) engages deeper in the front area of the locking hollows than in the idling position in the rear area (Fig. 1). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Es wird eine Einrichtung an Handwerkzeugmaschinen zur Drehmitnahme von schlagenden und/oder bohrenden Werkzeugen vorgeschlagen, wobei am Werkzeugschaft (11) mindestens zwei zum Schaftende hin offene Drehmitnahmenuten (23) und mindestens eine zum Schaftende hin geschlossene Verriegelungsmulde (25) vorgesehen sind, in welche jeweils eine Drehmitnahme (24) bzw. ein radial verschiebbarer Verriegelungskörper (19) der Werkzeugaufnahme eingreifen. Zur Verstärkung der Drehmitnahme ist vorgesehen, daß die Verriegelungsmulden (25) im Werkzeugschaft (11) im vorderen Bereich tiefer sind als im hinteren Bereich, so daß in der Arbeitsstellung des Werkzeugs (12) der ihr zugeordnete Verriegelungskörper (19) der Werkzeugaufnahme (16) in dem vorderen Bereich der Verriegelungsmulden tiefer eingreift als in der Leerlaufstellung im hinteren Bereich. <IMAGE>
