Abstract (en)
The guard is fixed to the floor (2), being particularly for a factory wall (1). A metal casing (4) forming the impact surface is anchored to the core (3), and also serves to mould the latter. Bent-over top and bottom ends (7) of the casing forming undercuts can be used to form the anchors. The bottom end can be bent over twice towards the inside to form a channel-section containing a strip (9) of soft foam material. The top end can be bent over inwards once, forming a lengthwise seam between guard and wall tapering towards the top.

Es wird ein Rammschutz vorgeschlagen, der zwischen einer Wand (1) und einem Boden (2) eines Fabrikraums angeordnet werden kann, und einen aus Beton gegossenen Kern (3) sowie ein an diesem verankertes Mantelteil (4) aus Edelstahl oder dergleichen aufweist. Dieses Mantelteil (4) bildet zum einen eine belastbare Oberfläche des Rammschutzes aus und dient zum anderen als Teil der Schalung zum Gießen des Betonkerns (3). Neben der leichten Herstellbarkeit des vorgeschlagenen Rammschutzes zeichnet sich dieser durch eine gute Verschleißbeständigkeit aus. <IMAGE>
