The receptacle is in the shape of a cylindrical pot (1) closed in its upper part by a removable lid (3) and comprising, at its base (2), a means (16, 17) forming a bearing for receiving with rotation the hub (11) of a shaft (12) arranged along the axis (10) of the cylindrical pot, the said shaft comprising at its periphery at least one radial fin (18), the said device additionally comprising, outside the said cylindrical pot, a turning manoeuvring member (9) integrally attached to the said hub (11), capable of being actuated by hand, the actuation of the manoeuvring member causing the driving in rotation of the said shaft and of the said radial fin(s). <IMAGE>
