Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Schneiden von gefrorenen Fleischstücken. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, diese Fleischstücke in einem rotierenden Messersatz (3,3A) kontinuierlich unter geringstmöglicher Wärmeaufnahme mit einem geringstmöglichen Emulgieranteil auf eine Körnung von 2 bis 8 mm zu schneiden. <IMAGE>
