Abstract (en)
Turbomachine wall in which, with the outer casing (1) and the shroud segments (5) delimiting the gas outflow stream (14) and the assembly flanges (4) isolate partitioned volumes (20) occupied, according to the invention, by sealing bodies (25) composed of a flexible envelope (27) containing a wad (stuffing) (26). The sealing body (25) is entirely flexible, it deforms under the action of the pressure of the gases, and occupies almost the entire empty volume (20) thus countering gas leaks while giving good thermal insulation (lagging). <IMAGE>

Paroi de turbomachine où le carter extérieur (1), les segments de virole (5) délimitant la veine d'écoulement des gaz (14) et les brides d'assemblages (4) isolent des volumes cloisonnés (20) occupés selon l'invention par des corps d'étanchéité (25) composés d'une enveloppe souple (27) enfermant une bourre (26). Le corps d'étanchéité (25) est entièrement souple, il se déforme sous l'action des pressions des gaz et occupe presque tout le volume vide (20), contrariant ainsi les fuites de gaz tout en assurant une bonne isolation thermique. <IMAGE>
