The present invention relates to a fire stop device for a wall opening, through which a conveyor or transport installation, which can be divided into segments, for the constant transport of piece goods passes, with a fire stop door which in the closed state covers the wall opening, the fire stop door being designed as a sliding door which closes automatically when a locking device is released, and the transport path passing through the wall opening having at least in the region of movement of the fire stop door a folding segment which pivots away out of this region of movement automatically on release of a locking element. <IMAGE>

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Branschutzvorrichtung für einen Wanddurchbruch, durch den eine in Segmente aufteilbare Förder- oder Transportanlage zum stetigen Transportieren von Stückgütern hindurchführt, mit einer den Wanddurchbruch im geschlossenen Zustand abdeckenden Brandschutztür, wobei die Brandschutztür als beim Auslösen einer Arretiervorrichtung selbsttätige schließende Schiebetür ausgebildet ist, und daß die durch den Wanddurchbruch führende Transportbahn zumindest im Bewegungsbereich der Branschutztür ein beim Lösen eines Arretierungselements selbsttätig aus diesem Bewegungsbereich wegschwenkendes Klappsegment aufweist. <IMAGE>
