[origin: EP0661234A1] A mobile crane has a telescopic jib (1), the individual telescopic sections (3, 4, 5, 6) of which, after locking pin connections are released, can be extended and retracted by only one single-stage hydraulic piston/cylinder unit (7) and are pinned in the respectively extended and retracted positions by locking pins spring-loaded in the direction of their locked positions. The piston rod (12) of the piston/cylinder unit (7) is linked to the jib articulation piece terminating the inner end of the outer section (2). A driver device which can be coupled to receptacles of the telescopic sections is arranged in the end area of the cylinder from which the piston rod emerges. In order to avoid pinning cylinders for the individual sections (3, 4, 5, 6) with associated supply lines, each of the telescopic sections (3, 4, 5, 6) is provided at its inner end with an least one locking pin which is acted upon by a spring in the radial push-out direction for interlocking with a bore located at the inner end or in the area of the outer end of the section enclosing this section. <IMAGE>
