Abstract (en)
[origin: WO9406610A1] A process is disclosed for manufacturing hollow plastic parts (6) made of fiber composites by laminating laminated layers on a core (12), by laying the laminated core (12) as a preliminary product into a negative mold (1) and by hardening the preliminary product into a plastic part (6) as a final product in a vacuum and/or an autoclave. The process has the following steps: producing a core (12) made of a gas-permeable dissolvable material, applying a flexible barrier layer (8) which is impervious to a gaseous pressure medium on the core (12), which is smaller than the final product by the thickness of the laminates and barrier layer (8), applying the desired number of laminated layers (10) on the barrier layer (8), and laying the thus obtained preliminary product into a composite negative mold (1), sealing the barrier layer (8) against the negative mold (1) at each opening (14) of the plastic molding (6), applying a relative overpressure on the side of the barrier layer (8) which faces the core (12), thus detaching the barrier layer (8) from the core (12) and pressing it against the laminate (10), detaching the core (12) once the laminate (10) is thoroughly set and removing the barrier layer (8) through at least one opening (14) of the final product.
