Abstract (en)
A degreasing device is claimed incorporating a rotating barrel (10) supporting the components (2) to be cleaned, driven in a manner that presents some component retaining positions (11) to face a charging station, a discharging station or a cleaning station. The device consists of an indexing disc (20) driven by the motor shaft (3) and an indexing arm (21) fitted with an indexing roller (22) that cooperates with some notches (23) in the indexing disc (20). The number of notches corresponds to the number of component retaining positions (11). This allows the adjustment of the angular position of the rotating barrel (10) between the charging and discharging stations. A locking arm (12) is also provided and is fitted with a roller that cooperates with a yoke (15) for putting into service or liberating some means of clamping.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de dégraissage comportant un barillet rotatif (10) supportant les pièces à traiter, entraîné de façon à présenter des emplacements de maintien de pièce (11) en regard d'un poste de chargement et de déchargement, et en regard de postes de lavage. Il comprend un disque d'indexage (20) entraîné par l'arbre moteur (3) et un bras d'indexage (21) muni d'un galet d'indexage (22) qui coopèrent avec des encoches (23) du disque d'indexage (20) dont le nombre correspond au nombre d'emplacements de maintien de pièce (11), pour ajuster la position angulaire du barillet rotatif (10) lors du chargement et du déchargement des pièces, et un bras de verrouillage (12) muni d'un galet qui coopère avec une chape (15) pour mettre en oeuvre et libérer des moyens de blocage (100). <IMAGE>
