[origin: EP0662528A1] A degreasing device is claimed incorporating a rotating barrel (10) supporting the components (2) to be cleaned, driven in a manner that presents some component retaining positions (11) to face a charging station, a discharging station or a cleaning station. The device consists of an indexing disc (20) driven by the motor shaft (3) and an indexing arm (21) fitted with an indexing roller (22) that cooperates with some notches (23) in the indexing disc (20). The number of notches corresponds to the number of component retaining positions (11). This allows the adjustment of the angular position of the rotating barrel (10) between the charging and discharging stations. A locking arm (12) is also provided and is fitted with a roller that cooperates with a yoke (15) for putting into service or liberating some means of clamping.
