A closure (6) is provided for the cylinder tube (2), which with at least one section extends into the cylinder tube and is held by fixtures on the cylinder tube. The closure is formed as a closure plug, which is inserted in the cylinder tube. It has at least one cross-bore (20), which coincides with a cross-bore in the cylinder tube crossways to the longitudinal direction (10). The fixtures extend crossways to the longitudinal direction of the cylinder tube and in the at least one cross-bore of the closure plug. They also engage through the corresp. cross-bore of the cylinder tube. The cross-bore of the closure plug is a through passage bore.

Ein zug- oder druckmittelbetätigter Linearantriebszylinder (1) weist ein Zylinderrohr (2) auf, in dem ein Kolben (5) axial verschiebbar geführt ist. Die Bewegung des Kolbens (5) wird über Kraftübertragungsmittel (8) nach außen geführt. Endseitig ist das Zylinderrohr (2) mit einem Verschlußstopfen (6) verschlossen. Sowohl das Zylinderrohr (2) als auch der Verschlußstopfen (6) weisen jeweils eine Querbohrung (20,21,22) auf. Die miteinander fluchtenden Querbohrungen (20,21,22) sind von einem Befestigungsmittel, wie beispielsweise einem Halterohr (23) oder einem Bolzen, durchgriffen, so daß der Verschlußstopfen (6) axial in dem Zylinderrohr (2) gesichert ist. <IMAGE>
