Abstract (en)
The heating boiler has a combustion chamber (44) with a burner aperture (26) and a flue gas aperture (28). A water chamber (36) is thermically connected to the combustion chamber. It has a forward flow connection and a return flow connection for the heating circuit. The combustion chamber is a hollow sphere. The boiler has two halves (12) pivotable or displaceable against one another, whose hemispherical inner surfaces supplement the combustion chamber and in whose walls water pipes (30) are embedded through which there is a forced flow, forming the water chamber. The boiler halves are aluminium press castings with moulded-in water pipes of refined steel.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Heizkessel (10) für den Anschluß an den Heizkreislauf einer Heißwasser-Heizanlage. Zur Optimierung der Strahlungs- und Strömungsverhältnisses ist der Brennraum (44) des Heizkessels im wesentlichen hohlkugelförmig ausgebildet. Zu diesem Zweck sind zwei gegeneinander verschwenkbare Kesselhälften aus Aluminium vorgesehen, deren im wesentlichen halbkugelförmige Innenflächen (42) sich zum Brennraum (44) ergänzen und in deren Wandung zwangsdurchströmte Wasserrohre (30) formschlüssig eingebettet sind. <IMAGE>
