Abstract (en)
In an arrangement of two contact springs, there is at least one recess (7) stamped in the spring side faces (15) to form a pocket. The contact faces (4) are thereby expanded in size by the flow of material and at the same time, they are polished. The contact faces are also convex shaped in the transverse direction (a) to the axis so that the overall shape is that of a spoon. Beschrieben wird eine Kontaktfeder-Anordnung. Die Kontaktfedern haben Kontaktköpfe (2), die je eine konvexe Kontaktfläche mit zwei Seitenflächen aufweisen. Dabei ist vorgesehen, daß in die Flächen des Kontaktkopfes Ausnehmungen (7, 17, 18) eingeprägt sind und die Kontaktflächen (4) dadurch geglättet und verbreitert sind. <IMAGE>
