Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0663164A1] The table has a fixed tabletop and at least one extendable leaf which is supported on a support axle which is outside the edge of the leaf body. At least two leaves (4,4) are superimposed when not in use beneath the fixed table top (2), parallel to each other, on different planes. Guide pieces (7,8;7a,8a) have a different gradient. Each extra leaf is held by a support element (5,5a) whose part outside the edge of the leaves does not intersect the track along which at least one other leaf moves. The difference is gradient of the guide pieces corresponds at least to the thickness of one of the leaves which can be adjusted in height on the support arm.
