Abstract (en)
The cutter has lower guide plate and an upper guide plate connected to it. The front edges of the guide plates are aligned in the same plane as a horizontal cutting blade. The lower guide plate has a number of vertical cutting blades made up from V-shaped metal strips.The V-shaped metal strips (11) have corners (12) on the rear longitudinal side in the direction of cutting (1). The corners point away from the following corner, and are bent upwards along an edge (13) running in the direction of cutting. The corners enclose an acute angle (15). Along the rear longitudinal side, the metal strip has regularly spaced apart incisions (14). The metal strip is set into the bottom guide plate (2) which consists of a bottom and top part joined by a tongue and groove joint.

Ein Küchengerät dient zum Schneiden von Obst, Gemüse oder dergleichen. Es besitzt eine untere Führungsplatte und eine sich daran anschließende obere Führungsplatte, die an ihrer Vorderkante ein mit ihrer Ebene fluchtendes, horizontales Schneidmesser aufweist, wobei in der unteren Führungsplatte mehrere senkrecht zu ihrer Ebene verlaufende vertikale Schneidmesser vorgesehen sind, die aus einem Blechstreifen gebildet sind. Um ein derartiges Küchengerät zu verbessern, weist der Blechstreifen (11) an seiner in Schneidrichtung (1) hinteren Längsseite Ecken (12) aufweist, die von der in Schneidrichtung (1) folgenden Ecke (12) weg weisen und die längs einer in Schneidrichtung (1) verlaufenden Kante (13) hochgebogen sind. <IMAGE>
