[origin: EP0663480A1] The sanitary ware is surrounded at least partially by sound-proofing material, to dampen noise during use. Cistern, sound- proofing, and fastening elements form a mono block for installation as a compact unit. The sound-proofing material consists of a foam-nonwoven fabric laminate. It has a tear-proof surface, esp. an integrated grid enforcement. The fastening elements consist of non-sound transmitting suspension and/or support devices, which are fixed in a frame or housing on the wall.
