Abstract (en)
The lock is esp. for a metal toolbox and has hooks engaging with angle-pieces. The sliding grips (1,2) for the arresting (3) and locking (4) hooks are inside the carrying handle on the box lid, being thrust into the engaged position by a compression spring (10). The hooks engage with edges (5,6) on the body of the box. The arresting and locking hooks can be mounted one behind the other in the closing direction of the lid on the grips, while working with the same edges on the body (9). The edges can be on a reinforcing component spot-welded into the body.

Kofferverschluß, insbesondere für Metall- Werkzeugkoffer, mit zwischen Kofferkorpus und Kofferdeckel wirkendem federbelastetem Fanghaken und Eingriffswinkel sowie mit zwischen genannten Teilen wirkenden Verschlußhaken und Verschlußwinkeln. Der Fanghaken (3) und der Verschlußhaken (4) sind an zwei Schiebegriffen (1,2) angeordnet, die im wesentlichen im Innenraum des Koffer- Tragegriffs am Kofferdeckel angeordnet und durch eine Druckfeder (10) in Eingriffstellung belastet sind. Der Fanghaken (3) und der Verschlußhaken (4) wirken mit jeweils derselben am Kofferkorpus (9) ausgebildeten Eingriffskante (5,6) zusammen. <IMAGE>
