[origin: WO9502096A1] A reinforced concrete precast element (1-4), in particular for the large panel construction of domestic and industrial buildings, has even or curved side surfaces (16, 17) and profiled edges (11-14) for interlocking and/or frictional engagement with adjacent building elements. In order to speed up mounting and to improve meshing with adjacent building elements, a continuous longitudinal groove (15) is provided in at least one of the front surfaces (11) and several openings (18) in communication with the longitudinal groove (15) are provided in at least one of the side surfaces (16, 17). Also disclosed is a building erected by using such reinforced concrete precast elements (1-4).
