Abstract (en)
The machine has a circular knife (2) driven by an electric motor (22) and a holder (3) for the material to be sliced moving along an electrically-adjustable stop plate (5). A clamp (1) swinging upwards for the material is provided on the holder and swings upwards. The output of the detector for the position of the clamp is connected to a control system (19,21) for the knife motor and the adjusting drive (20) for the stop plate. This shuts off the motor and moves the plate into a position covering the knife when the clamp is swung into the upper position. The detector can comprise a magnetic strip below the truck and extending in its travel direction, working with a reed contact (17,18) fixed in the housing. With the clamp in the lowered position, the strip is retracted from the contact, being coupled to the clamp by a cam or lever.

Eine Aufschnittschneidemaschine mit Kreismesser (2), Messermotor (22), schnittstärkenabhängig verstellbarer Anschlagplatte (5) und mit einem Schnittgutwagen (3) verfügt über eine hochklappbare Spanneinrichtung (1) für das Schnittgut (8) und über einen Stellungsmelder, der die Position der Spanneinrichtung (1) an die Steuerung (19, 21) signalisiert. Bei geöffneter Spanneinrichtung (1) stellt die Steuerung (19, 21) die Anschlagplatte (5) in die die Messerschneide abdeckende, mit der Messerebene etwa fluchtende Position zurück und schaltet den Messermotor (22) ab. Nur bei geschlossener, heruntergeklappter Spanneinrichtung (1) kann die Anschlagplatte (5) in eine Schnittstärkenposition gebracht und der Messermotor (22) eingeschaltet werden. Der Stellungsmelder arbeitet mit einer von der Spanneinrichtung (1) höhenverstellbaren Magnetleiste (14) auf dem Schnittgutwagen (3), die mindestens einen Reedkontakt (17, 18) auf dem Maschinenbett (4) beaufschlagt, der ein Positionssignal an die Steuerung (19, 21) leitet. Auch beim Wegklappen des Schnittgutwagens (3) distanziert sich die Magnetleiste (14) vom Reedkontakt (17, 18), sodaß auch bei der Reinigung der Maschine die Anschlagplatte (5) in die Sicherheitsposition fährt und das Kreismesser (2) stillgesetzt wird. <IMAGE>
