The vacuum lifting device has a suction plate with a suspension device and a vacuum chamber connected to a vacuum pump and is sealed against the workpiece by at least one circulating, exchangeable sealing lip of soft compressible material. A baseplate (2) has a suspension device and to the sides of the baseplate sealing strips (20,22) are fixed which are exchangeable for other sealing strips and which are matched to the contour of the workpieces. The sealing carrier (20) on the lifting material side has openings (25) close to each other with intermediate ribs (26). The sealing strips are exchangeable by insert, clamp or screw connections. Between the sealing carrier and the baseplate a seal is provided.

Bei einer Vakuum-Hebeplattte 1 für plattenförmige Werkstücke, die eine mit einer Vakuumpumpe in Verbindung stehende Vakuumkammer 8 aufweist sowie gegen das plattenförmige Werkstück abgedichtet ist und eine Aufhängevorrichtung für ein Hubgerät enthält, ist vorgesehen, daß eine Grundplatte 2 mit einer Aufhängevorrichtung vorgesehen ist und daß an den Seiten der Grundplatte 2 Dichtungsleisten 20,22 gegen andere austauschbar befestigt sind, die der Kontur des Werkstückes angepaßt sind. <IMAGE>
