Abstract (en)
The continuous label strip (2) is fed over a sharp edge (4) which lifts each label from the strip. A cutter removes the label and a stamp (7) holds the label by suction. The stamp is pressed down onto the item and transfers the label securely onto the item. The labelling machine is adjustable to operate with labels of different sizes and with different spacings on the backing strip. A stepping motor (9) drives the reciprocating system, with a rack-and-pinion drive to set the relative movements. The cutter is positioned in front of the dispensing edge for lifting the labels from the strip and provides minimum damage risk to the strip.

Beim Spenden von auf einem Trägerband haftenden selbstklebenden Flächengebilden wie Etiketten, extrudierten Formteilen oder dergleichen werden die Flächengebilde durch Umlenken des Trägerbandes einzeln von demselben abgelöst und auf einem Objekt abgelegt. Die Flächengebilde werden hierbei unmittelbar vor dem Ablösen vom Trägerband von einem endlosen Materialstreifen, der auf dem Trägerband haftet, abgetrennt.
