Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0665181A1] A lift cabin for an open lift shaft where the cabin can be seen from outside, has the lower yoke (3) of a frame (2) carrying a floor panel (4), connected by corner posts (8) to a roof panel (6). There is at least one door (9). Guide shoes (11) run on the vertical shaft rails. Glass panels (16) form the side walls so that the cabin's state-of-fill can be seen on its approach. A display panel (18) is supported on holders (17), its purpose being to provide information for outsiders. The panel is a LED screen, a plasma screen or a TV screen. There is a board to carry adverts.
