The living unit (1) has at least one inner room (5) defined by a floor (2), outer walls (3) and a roof (4). The structural assembly groups (2-4) of the living unit correspond to the requirements of house building technique and are connected to each other in a highly loadable manner. The floor has a floor frame with at least two parallel bearers running in the longitudinal direction, and are partic. formed as double T-bearers or box profiles of steel. At least two cross bearers are provided. The outer walls (3) have an inner highly loadable support framework. Outer wall components in shingle structure and/or inner wall components of plaster cardboard plates are provided.
Abstract (de)
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine insbesondere transportable Wohneinheit (1) sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung und zum Aufbau einer solchen Wohneinheit (1). Wesentlich ist der Aufbau in Holz-Fachwerk-Bauweise mit einem Bodenrahmen (10) bzw. mehreren Bodenrahmen (10), die eine verwindungssteife Gesamtstruktur mit den Außenwänden (3) und Innenwänden (27) bilden können. Alternativ ist auch eine Fertighaus-Bauweise mit vorgefertigten Wandelementen (35) denkbar. Eine Einguß-Technik für den Bodenrahmen (10), eine Schablonen-Aufbautechnik am Aufstellungsort und eine Schablonentechnik am Herstellungsort kennzeichnet das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren weiter. <IMAGE>
