Abstract (en)

The method uses at least two building plate components (2,3) which are so displaced in relation to one another and connected to form a building plate (1), that through the displacement on three side edges a stage rabbet (4,5) is produced. The components are again so arranged in relation to one another that on a fourth side edge the second component (3) extends over the first (2). The components are adhered to one another to form a building plate. The building plate along three side edges has a stage rabbet evolving from the first component and along a fourth side edge a stage rabbet evolving from the second component.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Bauplatte (1), insbesondere zur Trittschall- und/oder Wärmedämmung mit im wesentlichen rechteckiger Grundfläche und einem Stufenfalz (4,5,6,7), zumindest entlang einer Seitenkante und eine Bauplatte (1) nach dem Verfahren. Um eine einfachere Herstellung und Handhabung der Bauplatte (1) zu gewährleisten, wird vorgeschlagen, daß wenigstens zwei Bauplattenelemente (2,3) derart versetzt zueinander zu einer Bauplatte (1) verbunden werden, daß durch die Versetzung an drei Seitenkanten der Stufenfalz (4,5) entsteht. Die Bauplatte zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß ein erstes Bauplattenelement ein zweites Bauplattenelement entlang drei Seitenkanten überragt. <IMAGE>
