The heat exchanger tube body (12) has an oblong section delimited by two large faces (18) and two small faces (20). An end section (14) is delimited by two large faces (22) and two small faces (24), with a transition part (16) connecting the body and the end. The body section has, respectively, a length and a width greater and less than the length and the width of the end section. The transition part (16) has two inclined faces (26) connecting the large faces of the body and the end large faces. There is a surface (28), supported on a principal line (30) of one small face (20) of the body and on a principal line (32) of one small face of the end, which connects the two inclined faces of the transition part.

L'invention concerne un tube d'échangeur de chaleur et un procédé pour sa conformation. Le tube comprend un corps (12) de section oblonque délimité par deux grandes faces (18) et par deux petites faces (20), une extrémité (14) de section oblonque délimitée par deux grandes faces (22) et par deux petites faces (24), une partie de transition (16) reliant le corps et l'extrémité, cette partie de transition comprenant deux faces inclinées (26) reliant les grandes faces (18) du corps et les grandes faces (22) de l'extrémité et au moins une surface réglée (28) qui s'appuie sur une ligne directrice (30) d'une petite face (20) du corps et sur une ligne directrice (32) d'une petite face (24) de l'extrémité et qui relie également les deux faces inclinées (26) de la partie de transition (16).
