[origin: EP0666036A1] A spacer (7) which is displaceable by an adjuster is mounted on one arm (9) of a swivel angular lever (10) to slide in a longitudinal slit (18) of same. The other arm (13) supports a threaded nut (14) which is mounted adjustable on an axially immovably mounted rotatable spindle (15). The spindle is set in a holder (12) which also supports the turning point of the angular lever (10). The holder is fixable on the shell (1) or on the leg upper (2) at the side next to the slit (4) formed in the inner wall. The angular lever can be made from spring steel following the curvature of the shell in the interspace between leg upper and shell.
