[origin: EP0666147A1] The tool has a clamping shaft (1) with at least one axially closed locking groove (4), at least one longitudinal groove (5) diametrically opposed to the free end of the clamping shaft and open, and two diametrically opposed rotary driver grooves (2,3) open to the free end of the clamping shaft, which have differing cross-sections with differently sized, radially outwardly directed opening surfaces. The axial projection surface of the internal cross-section of the longitudinal groove (5) corresponds to the axial projection surface of the internal cross-section of the locking groove (4). The longitudinal groove in relation to the symmetry axis of the rotary driver groove is formed axially symmetrically to the locking groove.
