The grid comprises a hand rail (13), a lower strap (14) opposite to the hand rail and displaced inwardly and at least two balcony posts (8), which are fixed to the house walls (2) adjacent to the balcony plate (6). The hand rail and the lower strap extend over the total length of the balcony plate to the clad, their ends are releasably connected to holder plates (16) fixed to the house walls. The balcony posts are fixed to the head rail and the lower strap. The holder plates are provided with connections fitting in the inner profile of the hand rail and the lower strap. The hand rail and lower strap comprise an extrusion-pressed light metal hollow profile.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Balkongeländer für eine mit einem Gebäude einstückig verbundene Balkonplatte (6). Ein Balkongeländer besteht üblicherweise aus einem mit Balkonverkleidungsprofilen versehenen Gitter. Das Gitter wird von Balkonpfosten getragen, welche nahe am Rand der Balkonplatte befestigt sind. Es kommt vor, daß Balkongeländer erneuert werden müssen, bei denen die Balkonplatten nicht oder nicht mehr (infolge von Verwitterung) für diese Befestigung von Balkonpfosten geeignet sind. Für ein Balkongeländer ist deshalb vorgeschlagen, das aus Handlauf (13), einem Untergurt (14) und wenigstens zwei Balkonpfosten (8) bestehende Gitter an den an die Balkonplatte angrenzenden Hauswänden (2) zu befestigen. <IMAGE>
