Abstract (en)
The grinder comprises a grinding rotor (1) extending inside a casing (3) formed from four parallel side walls (4,5) mounted on a chassis (6). The rotor extends through an end side wall (5) to the outside of the casing and is carried by an external bearing (7) mounted on the chassis. A rigid connector (8), extending between each bearing and the casing and on top of the rotor is fixed to the top of the external bearing and the casing. The connector comprise a rigid horizontal connecting plate (9). The plate rests and is fixed on an upper horizontal face of the bearing. The upper horizontal edge of the lateral wall (5) is at a level with the upper face of the bearing and the connecting plate rests on this upper horizontal edge. The connectors are rigidly fixed to the end lateral wall which is passed through by the rotors.

L'invention concerne un broyeur à déchets comprenant au moins un rotor (1) de broyage s'étendant à l'intérieur d'une caisse (3) de broyage formée de quatre parois latérales (4, 5) montées sur un châssis (6), au moins un rotor (1) étant porté à l'extérieur de la caisse (3) par un palier (7) extérieur monté sur le châssis (6) en regard d'au moins une paroi latérale d'extrémité (5). Le broyeur comporte des moyens (8) rigides de liaison s'étendant entre chaque palier (7) extérieur et la caisse (3) au-dessus du(des) rotor(s) (1), ces moyens (8) rigides de liaison étant fixés rigidement au palier extérieur (7) et à la caisse (3) qu'ils relient. <IMAGE>
