Abstract (en)
A process for labelling food products consisting in applying by spraying a first layer of fluid adhesive on the surface of the product to be labelled, in placing a label made of light oozing tissue paper on said layer, and in applying a second layer of adhesive on the label. Said adhesive is an acqueous solution of an animal gelatin (about 5% on a weight basis) heated at a temperature of about 40 DEG C.
