[origin: DE4403633C1] Combined smoke- and heat-outlet and also ventilation device (1) on a building roof (2) having a roof frame (4) bounding a roof opening (3), and at least one rotating flap (8) which is arranged inside a housing (5), supported on the roof frame (4) and having at least one outlet for the air and/or gas flow, so as to be pivotable in a passage opening of the housing (5) between an open and a closed position about a pivoting axis (7), in particular a horizontal pivoting axis, characterised in that the pivoting axis (7) of the single rotating flap (8) is arranged within the vertical projection of the roof opening (3), in particular in the centre and above the latter, and the housing (5) has a single outlet (10) and is constructed in such a way that the rotating flap (8), in a first pivoted position (I), maximally frees the outlet (10) of the housing (5) (smoke- and heat-outlet and also so-called fine-weather ventilation), in a second pivoted position (II), together with sealing edges (11a, 11b), situated inside the housing (5), closes the outlet (10), and in a third (III) pivoted position, situated between the first (I) and the second (II), effects a precipitation-proof ventilation through the outlet (10) (so-called bad-weather ventilation). <IMAGE>

Kombinierte Rauch- und Wärmeabzugs- sowie Lüftungseinrichtung (1) an einem Gebäudedach (2) mit einem eine Dachöffnung (3) begrenzenden Dachrahmen (4) und wenigstens einer Drehklappe (8), welche innerhalb eines am Dachrahmen (4) abgestützten, wenigstens einen Auslaß für die Luft- und/oder Gasströmung aufweisenden, Gehäuses (5) um eine insbesondere horizontale Schwenkachse (7) zwischen einer Öffnungs- und einer Schließstellung schwenkbar in einer Durchtrittsöffnung des Gehäuses (5) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (7) der einzigen Drehklappe (8) innerhalb der vertikalen Projektion der Dachöffnung (3), insbesondere in der Mitte und oberhalb dieser, angeordnet ist und das Gehäuse (5) einen einzigen Auslaß (10) aufweist und derart ausgebildet ist, daß die Drehklappe (8) in einer ersten Schwenkstellung (I) den Auslaß (10) des Gehäuses (5) maximal freigibt (Rauch- und Wärmeabzug sowie sog. Schönwetterlüftung), in einer zweiten Schwenkstellung (II) gemeinsam mit innerhalb des Gehäuses (5) befindlichen Dichtkanten (11a, 11b) den Auslaß (10) schließt und in einer zwischen der ersten (I) und der zweiten (II) befindlichen dritten (III) Schwenkstellung eine niederschlagsichere Lüftung durch den Auslaß (10) hindurch bewirkt (sog.
