The modular connector system has a base body strip (2) with recesses (4) for cable fibres (15,16) and contact elements (3), in connector modules (1). The contact elements are formed by insulation displacement clamp terminal contacts (3) with contact slits (8) for incoming cable wires (16) and with contact slits (9) for outgoing wires (15). They also have contacts (11) for connecting the overvoltage shunt magazine (6). These contacts (11) are fitted into the module (1) with recesses (4) for the terminal contacts (3) and with chamber (5) for the magazine (6). They are pressed by the cable wires (16) inserted in the base strip (12) and contact them.

Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf ein modulares Anschlußsystem, insbesondere in Endverzweigern der Nachrichten und Datentechnik, bestehend aus einem Leistengrundkörper mit Aufnahmen für Kabeladern und Kontaktelemente, aus Anschlußmodulen. Die Aufgabe der Neuerung, ein modulares Anschlußsystem, insbesondere für Endverzweiger der Nachrichten- und Datentechnik, unter Nutzung der Vorzüge der Schneid-Klemm-Anschlußtechnik zu schaffen, mit dem eine kostengünstige, flexible Anpassung an die jeweils benötigte Ausbaustufe im Endverzweiger ermöglicht wird, wird dadurch gelöst, daß die Kontaktelemente als Schneid-Klemm-Anschlußkontakte 3 mit Kontaktschlitzen 8,9 für die ankommenden und die abgehenden Kabeladern 16,15 und mit Kontakten 11 für den Anschluß der Überspannungsableiter-Magazine 6 ausgebildet sind und daß Aufnahmen 13 für Erdbeidrähte, die Leitung der Kabelmantelkontaktierung und für eine Geräteerde 14 vorgesehen sind. <IMAGE>
