Abstract (en)
The extruded inner container is made of thermoplastic and is made from a sample pattern with wall thickness of roughly 1.2 millimetres and width of between 20 and 70 mm. The sample is folded once across its lengthwise direction, and then twice to form four layers. The test sample is subjected to at least 2,000 lifting movements to detect damage. The wall thickness in the folded parts is between 0.8 and 1.5 mm. Testing is carried out at a room temperature of 22 degrees C, relative air humidity of 55%, lifting speed of 30 lifts per minute, and a lift of 30 millimetres.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen flexiblen Behälter aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff für fließfähige Füllgüter, der in leerem Zustand zusammenfaltbar ist. Dieser Behälter wird im Extrusions-Blasverfahren aus einem Material mit einem E-Modul von < 100 MPa hergestellt, welches bei der Erprobung auf Knickbeanspruchbarkeit bestimmten Voraussetzungen genügt. Dazu wird ein Prüfmuster auf dem thermoplastischem Kunststoff bestimmten Beanspruchungen ausgesetzt, wobei das Ergebnis als Maßstab für die Eignung des thermoplastischen Kunststoffes genommen wird. Ein im Reaktor mit einem elastomeren Kunststoff modifiziertes Polypropylen hat sich als besonders geeignet zur Herstellung derartiger faltbarer Behälter erwiesen. <IMAGE>
