Abstract (en)

Equipment for cleaning surfaces high above ground level such as vertical surfaces and vaults, even of complex contours, for example the walls of tunnels, road equipment, panels, etc., comprising an articulate arm (7) which can be connected to self-moving means (2) and formed by a plurality of segments (8,9,10,12) positioned substantially parallel to the envelope of the surface to be cleaned (3). The nozzles (11) are connected to means for supply under pressure of cleaning fluid present in tanks (17,20) mounted on the self-moving means, for example a tank truck. The equipment (1), when in an operative position, is disposed in a plane substantially orthogonal to the direction of advancement of the tank (2) so as to spray the surface (3) to be cleaned in a uniform manner with the cleaning solution which comes out of the nozzles (11) in concomitance with the advancement of the tank truck (2) itself. <IMAGE>
