[origin: EP0668415A1] The inspection opening is arranged in an enclosing frame with a cover which is releasably mounted on the front side of the fire wall in a vertical direction between the lower frame arm (12) and the upper frame arm (13). The opening has a greater height (H) than the inspection cover (4). The connecting device is effective from an upper insert device between the upper frame arm limiting the inspection opening and the facing upper side of the inspection cover. A counterposed lower insert device is effective between the lower frame arm limiting the inspection opening and the facing lower side of the inspection cover. The insert pins (21) are arranged on the inspection cover. The inspection cover or the frame carries at least one metal strip covering the installation gap with the cover in position.
