Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0669086A1] The outer one (13) of the two layers (13,14) has a filler aperture (17). This is covered by an inward curved foil (19), which has a slot across the filler aperture. A cover plate (2) above the aperture has a cut-out window. The window is covered by a hinged flap (3) with a plug (12), which projects into the filler aperture. The cover plate is located on the tongue (1). It consists of a stiff material and its thickness corresponds approx. to the thickness of the ends of the walls of the inner boot.
