[origin: EP0669270A1] The collection arrangement has at least two waste containers, an opening with an identification and cancelling arrangement (27) which activates a data carrier, a weighing arrangement for weighing the waste passing through the opening, a conveyor arrangement for the waste introduced and a controller (28). The controller, in conjunction with the identification and cancelling arrangement, controls a blocking device (26) for the opening, the weighing arrangement and conveyor when a valid data carrier is detected so that the opening block is released, the data carrier is cancelled after the block is reinstated and the weight change is signalled by the weighing arrangement and the waste is conveyed to one of the waste containers.
