Abstract (en)
The setting system is used to obtain the required pulsation amplitude in a concrete feed line (9) supplied via a reciprocating piston pump with a pair of piston/cylinder devices (1A, 1B) operated in counter-phase. The pulsation within a given feed line section (11) is monitored and the movement characteristic of the pistons is altered until the pulsation corresponds to that required. Pref. the pulsation amplitude is detected at a spray jet at the end of the concrete feed line and compared with a reference value for adjusting the velocity characteristic of the pump pistons.

Um bei einer Betonkolbenpumpe Druckpulsationen in ein Ausgangsleitungssystem (9) zu verhindern, wird so lange auf die Bewegungscharakteristik (v) der Kolben (1A, 1B) eingegriffen, und zwar in ihrem Vorschubzyklus, bis die Pulsationen in einem Ausgabeleitungssystem (9) verschwinden. <IMAGE>
