Abstract (en)
The extraction system has an electric fan (25) for discharging steam and hot air through a vent line provided between the kitchen wall (19) and the rear of the built-in kitchen cabinet (15) above the oven, communicating with an exit opening (11) at the rear of the oven space. A cold air blower (9) is provided in space between a heating chamber (2) and the steam extraction fan (25). The vent line may also communicate with side and upper gaps between the oven housing (5) and the adjacent kitchen cabinets, with a resilient section (22,23) at the oven end of the vent line, for sealing against the oven housing and/or the cabinet above it.

Die Vorrichtung zum Abführen von Wrasen aus einem in eine Küchenzeile einbaubaren Backofen (1) besteht aus einer in einem Spalt zwischen der Rückseite eines über dem Backofen angeordneten Oberschrankes (15) der Küchenzeile und der benachbarten Stellwand (19) montierten Abluftleitung, die in loser strömungstechnischer Verbindung mit einer Auslaßöffnung (11) des Backofens steht, welche Auslaßöffnung (11) zum Abfluß von Wrasen und erwärmter Backofen-Gehäuseluft dient. <IMAGE>
