Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0671593A2] The glass shelf, especially for refrigerators, has a surrounding frame (3) with an L-shaped cross section. A mounting mass (6), of a setting material, fills the gap between the edges (2) of the glass plate (1) and the upright leg (3.2) of the frame (3) which is parallel to the glass edge, as a bonding between them. The frame (3) is of ABS and the mass (6) is a polyurethane adhesive.
