Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0671864A2] Electrical conductors used for de-icing, demisting or indicating lights which pass from inside to outside of a watertight zone on a vehicle window may make the transition through a watertight joint. The watertight joints which are moulded to the window may be of rectangular or semicircular section and may in addition have protecting lips at each side. The joints may alternatively consist of a conductor (40) carrying base (22) adjacent to the window which has a protective cap (42).
