Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0672477A1] The process involves deforming the components from a plate (4). The plate has a regular matrix of local deformations, e.g. regular raised points (5). At each of these points, there is a cutout from the sheet bent to a direction normal to the plane of the sheet. The plate may have corrugations in one direction, or in two directions crossing each other at a right angle. There may be depressions instead of raised points, or alternating with the raised points. There may be slits in a regular matrix.
