Abstract (en)
The machine has an alignment roller (88) fitted below the banknote holding surface (40) so that its circumferential face protrudes through a recess in the latter (40). The portion of the roller protruding through the recess is driven in the direction of the withdrawal and separating device. The alignment roller extends over the whole width of the banknotes. The alignment roller is made of weak elastic material with a high coefficient of friction and rotated by the rollers (34,36,38) of the withdrawal and separating device.

Vorrichtung zum Ausrichten eines auf einer Wertscheinauflage eines Wertscheinbehälters aufgestellten Wertscheinstapels, in dem die Wertscheine auf einer Kante aufgestellt sind, in bezug auf eine Abzugs- und Vereinzelungsvorrichtung, bei der unter der Wertscheinauflage (40) eine Ausrichtrolle (88) angeordnet ist, deren Umfangsfläche durch Ausnehmung in der Wertscheinauflage (40) hindurchragt, wobei die Ausrichtrolle (88) in Richtung der Abzugs- und Vereinzelungsvorrichtung bewegt wird. Die Wertscheine werden dadurch in bezug auf den Vereinzelungsspalt ausgerichtet. <IMAGE>
