Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0672601A1] The paper is fed int the inlet chute (4) of the printer (2) from a store (6) having a front wall (9) and a plate (12) supporting a stack (14) which is urged by a spring (16) against a driving roller (17). Part of an extension (30) of the front wall forms a fixed inclined plane (31) with three openings (34) accepting the curved portions (36) of leaf springs (35). These form with the plane a retainer (40) whose slope can be gentle for thin sheets of paper, or steeper for envelopes or thick sheets.
