[origin: EP0673620A2] The crockery basket has a rectangular frame, enclosing pairs of dish holders, provided by rails (4,5) arranged parallel to one of the frame sides, with their planes perpendicular to the plane of the frame. The upper edges of the rails have V-shaped notches (7) lying one after the other in the longitudinal direction, for receiving the dishes, the depth of the notches corresponding to the half the height of the rails. Each frame encloses 4 parallel rails, with 2 of the rails lying adjacent one another across the centre of the frame, the remaining 2 rails lying adjacent respective side edges of the frame.
