Abstract (en)
The appts. for straightening a steel profile (24) comprises a straightening press (10) with a transport system (14,18) and a measurement unit. The appts. further incorporates a device (36) for lifting an overhanging end section (30). The measurement unit is movable parallel or near-parallel to the overhanging end section. The deflection of the profile is measured without contact along the overhanging section, and - for purposes of control of the straightening process - is compared with given deflection values.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Richten und Messen eines Stahlprofils, insbesondere einer Schiene, umfassend eine Richtpresse (10) mit einer Transporteinrichtung (14, 18) und eine Meßeinrichtung (34) zum Messen einer Profilverformung. Um mit hoher Genauigkeit Messungen vornehmen zu können, wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Vorrichtung wenigstens ein Hebemittel (36) zum Anheben eines auskragenden Abschnittes des Stahlprofils (30) aufweist und die Meßeinrichtung (34) parallel oder in etwa parallel zu dem auskragenden Abschnitt des Stahlprofils (30) verfahrbar angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
