Abstract (en)
The package for ignition plugs for spark ignition engines or pre-heating plugs for diesel engines has a cover (3) and a body (2) for taking the plugs. The body has lateral walls and a bottom opposite the cover. The cover and the body have corresponding peripheral edges (4,5) which are fixed to each other to close the package and form a peripheral collar (10). The body has on one of its lateral walls a projecting portion forming a foot (7) which fits the edge (9) of the peripheral collar. This foot forms a support to allow placing the package in a near vertical position. The cover has on its external face a projecting peripheral rib for retaining a package of the same shape which is rested on it. This rib has a break for taking the foot of another package.

Emballage notamment pour bougies d'allumage de moteur à explosion, ou de préchauffage pour moteur diesel, du type comportant un couvercle (3) et une coque (2) destinée à recevoir les produits à emballer, ladite coque comportant des parois latérales et un fond opposé au couvercle, le couvercle et la coque comportant des rebords périphériques (4,5) correspondants, destinés à être fixés ensemble l'un sur l'autre, pour fermer l'emballage, formant ainsi une collerette périphérique (10), caractérisé en ce que ladite coque comprend sur au moins l'une de ses parois latérales au moins une portion en saillie formant pied (7) adaptée pour coopérer avec le bord (9) de la collerette périphérique (10) formant un moyen d'appui complémentaire pour permettre de poser l'emballage en position à peu près verticale. <IMAGE>
