Abstract (en)
The laminate is used in a multilayer packaging material with at least one flexible outer layer and an inner one (21) in contact with the filling material. The two layers are firmly interconnected, with the exception of a strip-shaped duct, in which they are loosely superimposed. In both layers there are apertures allowing gas to flow into the duct. A valve-like, flexible strip (30) bridges the apertures of the inner layer. Pref. the valve strip has also apertures, offset w.r.t. those in the inner strip. It is firmly joined at the edges to the inner or outer layer.

Ein Verpackungsbehälter (10) besteht aus einem Folienlaminat (20) aus wenigstens zwei Schichten (21, 22) in denen Durchbrüche (31, 36) ausgebildet sind. Die beiden Schichten (21, 22) sind vollflächig, außer in einem streifenförmigen Kanal (27), miteinander verbunden. In dem Kanal (27) ist ein Ventilstreifen (30) angeordnet, der Durchbrüche (31) der inneren Schicht (21) ventilartig überdeckt. Bei einem Überdruck im Verpackungsbehälter (10) kann entstehendes Gas durch die Durchbrüche (31, 36) ins Freie entweichen, wobei der Ventilstreifen (30) wie ein Überdruckventil (25) wirkt. Durch die spezielle Anordnung und Ausbildung des Ventilstreifens (30) und der Durchbrüche (31, 36) wird ein zuverlässiges Entweichen von entstehendem Gas erzielt. <IMAGE>
