[origin: EP0674058A1] The plate retainer has support profile bars (2) connected to one another and forming an angle to each other. It also incorporates at least one first cover profile bar (5), at least one second cover profile bar (6) forming an angle with the first, and sealing members. The support profile bars and the cover profile bars hold and plates (4) between them and the cover profile bars are fixed to the support profile bars. The sealing members at each contact point of a first cover profile bar involve a sealing unit (9), which with a part engages between the two flanges (5a) of the first cover profile bar.
